昨日書き忘れたんだけど、ワンデーのP&Gサマービジネススクールに参加して来ました。そこで教わったケーススタディーが本当に有用だったから、メモ代わりも兼ねてここに書いておこうと。ってゆっても普通の戦略策定理論なんだけどね。
戦略とは：
目的を達成するための、最も効率的・効果的な資源の活用方法。
1.目的の明確化
↓
2.資源の確認 5C分析
Consumer：消費者
Client：顧客
Company：自社
Competitor：競合
Community：環境
↓
3.戦略検証 4S Check
Selective：選択と集中
Sufficient：目的を達成するに充分か
Synchronized：目的、資源、戦略の一致
Sustainable：持続性があるか ⇔ 競合の反撃予測と対応策
これらのステップが絶対に欠かせないとのことでした。実際にP&Gや他社さんのケースを用いて分かり易く説明して貰って、凄く役に立った。海外のMBAとかこんなの毎日やるんだろうな～面白そう。
